Tend-a-bake Cornmeal (or your favorite kind) about 2 -3 cups, depending on how thick you like your cornbread.

1 egg

1/2 cup milk + some if needed(you can use buttermilk as well)

1/4 cup vegetable oil(can use Canola if you have that)

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in bowl and combine together. Add more milk if need be to make it moist. Let sit while you grease your pan of choice. Mama always used a round pan but now She uses a muffin tin. Either way makes yummy cornbread. Bake until brown and a little crispy on top...about 20-30 mins
