Dough:
2 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 C. water
1 egg, beaten

Sour Cream topping:
3 pints sour cream
salt & pepper
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt. Combine egg and water and gradually add to flour, stirring until it forms a ball. Knead for 10 minutes. Divide dough into 4 equal pieces. Pinch off a small piece of dough and roll with palm of hand to form a small bullet. Dust with flour to avoid sticking.

Boil 3 quarts of water and slowly add bullets and continue cooking 10 minutes. Drian.

Sour Cream Toppings: Combine ingredients and heat to a boil. Pour over bugaloitsas.
