8 Chicken breasts,cubed
5 Cups potatoes,peeled and sliced thinly or shredded

1 cup pasta or spaghetti sauce

1 Cup of each
Corn, a frozen or canned
Broccoli, frozen, chopped
Zucchini, fresh, peeled, chopped
Peppers, red or yellow or green or orange, chopped fine

1 Tbs of each
Dried bazel
Dried dill weed
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 cup Sour cream

2 Tbsps of each
Garlic powder
Onion powder

1/2 cup Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, rince the chicken breasts and vegetables.
In a crock pot over medium heat cook chicken breasts, turning until brown around the edges on both sides.
In a fry pan cook vegetables in oil.
In the crock pot turn down the heat and simmer stirring occasionally until the mixture is fork tender (vegetables).
Add all tomato products, cover again and continue to simmer stirring occasionally.
Add all the rest of the ingredients except milk products.
Continue to simmer stirring occasionally until the mixture is completely combined.
Add milk products and wisk bristly until smooth and completely heated
Transferred to serving bowl or toureen.
Serve


**omit chicken breasts and dairy productionts but additional tomato products and wisk bristly until combined add more potatoes (3, peeled, chopped), cook until tender (of course, you have removed most of the reasons for making the recipes in the first place!
