2 cups hamburger
1 cup minced water chestnuts
8 tomatoes cut into wedges
4 green onions finely chopped
4 tbsp cornstarch

Seasoning
4 cubes chicken bouillon
4 tsp salt
4 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp soya sauce
4 tsp cooking wine
A few drops of sesame seed oil
A dash of black pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Marinate hamburger with 4tbsp cornstarch, 4 tbsp soya sauce, 4 tsp cooking wine and drops of sesame oil. Mix hamburger with minced water chestnuts. Knead well and form into tiny balls.
In wok bring 16 cups of water to a boil. Put in meatballs and cook until they float to the top. Add the seasoning and the tomatoes and cook for one minute. Garnish with chopped green onion.
This recipe makes a fairly large quantity so you may want to half the recipe.
