Water
Cider vinegar or lemon juice
Olive oil
Garlic
Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cube zucchini and cook in a little water. Drain well and add a little cider vinegar or lemon juice.
Add Olive oil. Drain well. Add garlic and salt to taste.
