4 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut in strips
¼ cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp. salad oil
1 Tbsp. molasses
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 garlic clove - crushed
lemon juice
½ cup peanut butler

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, mix chicken strips, soy sauce, oil, molasses, red pepper, garlic and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.

Broil or grill until done, about. 5 minutes.

While chicken is cooking, mix peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1\2 cup hot water until smooth.

Serve with chicken.
