4 boneless pork chops (pork steaks can be substituted)
2 Tbsp cooking oil
4 Cups thinly sliced potatoes(the skin can be left on, whatever your personal preference is)
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Brown pork chops in oil. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Place chops in a baking dish. Top with potato slices. Combine other ingredients, except cheese and pour over potatoes. Baked covered for 1 1/2 hours. Remove cover, sprinkle cheese over to and return to oven just long enough to melt the cheese.

Great change from grilled, broiled, or fried. You only need a salad or green vegetable to complete the meal. This recipe serves 4, it can be adjusted for more or fewer people.
