14 small red potatoes, cut in half or quarters
3 T olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, seasonings, and parmesan. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.

3. Spread potatoes in a single layer on a foil-lined 15X10 inch pan.

4. Bake, uncovered, for 45 to 50 minutes.
