6 c uncooked egg noodles
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t dried thyme
1/4 t dried organo
4 boneless pork loin chops - 6 oz each
1 T oil
1 can 10.5 oz condensed beef broth
1/2 c water
2/3 c whipped cream cheese
2 T butter
1 T spicy brown mustard
1 T yellow mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles and drain. Combine spices and rub over pork chops. Brown the chops in oil. Add broth and water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 8-10 minutes or until 160º. Remove chops and keep warm.
Add the butter, cream cheese and mustards to the skillit. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. Add noodles and toss until coated. Serve with the pork chops.
