Ingredients:  
- leftover roast beef cut in small pieces or fried ground beef
- dried onion or onion powder
- brown gravy,
- frozen veggies (carrots, corn, etc.)
- mashed potatoes
- optional toppings: dried parsley, paprika or cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a casserole dish mix or layer beef seasoned with salt, pepper and onion and frozen or leftover veggies.
Pour gravy over generously.
Cover with mashed potatoes.
Top with cheese, parsley and paprika if desired.
Bake and serve or put in fridge or freezer for another day.

I like to make this when I have leftover beef, gravy and mashed potatoes! Makes a fast
