1 1/2 lb ground beef
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
1/4 grated onion
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 T. Worcestershire

Sauce: 3 T. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Soak breadcrumbs in milk. Add meat, eggs, & seasonings. Mix well.
Form 2 loaves in greased bread pans.

Sauce: Mix brown sugar, ketchup, & nutmeg then spread over meatloaf.

Personal Notes:
I usually double the recipe and then only use 2 bread pans. I also maje 4 times the sauce recipe and even mix some of the sauce into the meat before baking. I also make depressed lines in the loaf before adding the sauce so it doesn't just run down the sides. Bake at 350° for 45-60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
