2 lbs. ground beef
5-6 potatoes, peeled and sliced thin or cubed
1 large onion, finely chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
2 cans dark red kidney beans, liquid included
2 cans corn
2 cans diced tomatoes, juice included
salt/pepper

1. Brown ground beef over medium high heat.
2. Add all ingredients to chopped meat.
3. Cook on medium-high heat till stew starts to boil, reduce to medium-low and simmer till vegetables are tender, about 45 minutes.
