1 Tbsp olive oil and 1 Tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 onion, chopped
1 celery stalk, diced
1 tomato, chopped
2 cans dark red kidney beans
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
hot sauce
1-2 cups chicken broth
2 cups cooked rice
1 Tbsp butter

Directions:

1. Heat oil and butter, saute garlic, onion, an celery till tender. Simmer while rice cooks.
2. Make 2 cups of rice.
3. Combine everything and serve.
