1 Lb. Hamburger
1 Package Rice Pilaf
1 can tomatoes paste
Dales marinade (any beef base flavor)
4 to 6 Large Bell Peppers (Orange or Red are sweeter)
Super Sharp grated cheese
EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
Season Salt
Old bays seasoning
garlic powder
ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove top stem and seeds from Bell Peppers - Oil all over
and pre-cook in 375º oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
Brown ground beef - drain excess fat.
Cook Rice Pilaf.
Combine Cooked Rice, Hamburger and mix with tomatoes paste,
Dales (1/4 cup or so)and season all to taste. Cook down so not too much liquid left.
Spoon mixture into pre-cooked Bell Peppers and top with Grated Chedder.
Bake in oven until cheese is all melty !!
