2 lbs. of boneless, skinless thighs, halved
2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed into ½ inch pieces
2 ½ c. shredded cheese
4 slices thick cut bacon
4 green onions, chopped – divided
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
¼ c. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
1 – Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
2- In a large bowl, combine chicken potatoes, bacon, half of the cheese, half of the onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and heavy cream. Mix well and transfer to the casserole dish.
3 – Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
4- Remove from oven, discard the foil, and top with remaining cheese and onions.
5 – Return to the oven and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden brown.
