3 ½ lbs. pork roast, cut into large chunks
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp cumin
1 Tbsp oregano
8 cloves garlic
1 onion, finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
1 orange, juiced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all in the crockpot and coat meat with the above mixture. Cook on low for 8 hours. Remove and shred meat and place on a foil lined cookie sheet. Spoon juices on top of meat and broil in oven for 5-10 minutes.
Serve in tortillas with rice, beans, cilantro, lime, tomatoes, etc.
