1 can coke or sprite, etc.
2 c. brown sugar
1 16 oz. jar salsa, pureed
Pork Roast

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork roast with 1 cup water for about 5 hours on high in a crock pot.
Drain and add remaining ingredients. Cook until pork shreds, about another 3 hours. Serve over tostada shells with black beans, cilantro lime rice, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, cilantro, etc.
Drizzle Tomatillo Dressing over the top.
