1 lb. ground beef
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup beef broth
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp pepper
pinch of red pepper flakes
10 oz. linguine
1 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp water
4 green onions, sliced

Directions:

1. Cook pasta according to directions, drain, and set aside.
2. In large skillet over med. high heat brown meat.
3. Add garlic and cook for one minute.
4. Add soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, ginger, red pepper flakes, and pepper. Stir to combine.
5. Dissolve cornstarch in 2 Tbsp cold water and add to ground beef. Stir and bring to a boil. Once sauce has thickened, add noodle and stir to combine.
6. Top with green onions.
