Italian Dressing Packets (1 packet should be enough for 2 Quarts)
Pepperoncini’s
Beef Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Place 2 Pepperoncini in the bottom of a Quart jar. Pack half the jar with stew meat. Add 2 tsp Italian dressing powder. Pack with the rest of the stew meat. Top with 2 Pepperoncini’s. Pour some of the pepperoncini juice in the jar. Top with beef broth. De-bubble and add more beef broth, leaving a 1-inch headspace. Fill as many jars as needed. Can half the instructions to fill pint jars. Process Pints for 75 minutes and quarts for 90 minutes.
To serve, pour broth into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Make a slurry and add to boiling broth to make a gravy. Add beef when gravy is thickened.
Serve over noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes.
