2 ½ lbs. white potatoes, peeled, rinsed, halved, or quartered
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp. dried thyme
Chicken or Vegetable broth

Directions:
Directions:
Combine prepared ingredients and dry seasonings in a large bowl. Amounts listed are for 2, 1 quart or 4, pint jars.
Filling one jar at a time, pack ingredients and remaining liquid seasonings tightly in hot jar, leaving 1-inch headspace. Ladle hot broth over ingredients, leavings 1-inch headspace. You may have room for only a few tablespoons of broth.
Remove air bubbles.
Pressure can pints for 35 minutes and quarts for 40 minutes.
