Mix together and form into patties:
2 lbs. Lean Ground Beef
½ cup Progresso Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs

SAUCE:
¾ cup Water
3 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
2 Tbsp. Apple Juice (or Sherry)
1½ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
¼ tsp. Pepper
10 ½ oz. Campbell's Condensed French Onion Soup.

Directions:

Cook patties in large skillet for approx. 6 minutes each side. Remove to plate. Sir in water and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; add patties. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Uncover and cook until liquid is reduced to about 3/4 cup (about another 10 minutes.
