8-10 potatoes (peeled and diced)
1 - small onion (chopped)
5 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. parsley
1-2 celery sticks (diced)
2 Lg. carrots (diced)
2 tsp. salt

White Sauce:
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 C. canned milk
2 cubes chicken bouillon
1-2 C. cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 - can canned milk (as needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute butter, celery, onion, and carrots. Add Potatoes and salt, and cover with water. Cook about 20-30 mins.

Separately combine from white sauce - butter, flour, salt, milk, and bullion. Add to soup with cheddar cheese. If soup is too thick, add canned milk.
