3 onions chopped
1 green pepper
1 stalk celery
salt to taste
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 tsp cinnamon

mix tomatoes, brown sugar and vinegar together
heat and add remaining ingredients. simmer for a couple of hours
