Directions:
Trim most of the fat off of the roast leaving enough for flavor. Put all of the ingredients into the crock pot and cook on high for 5-6 hours. Then take the beef out of the crock pot and shred it with a fork. Make a sandwich with the bread and beef putting the cheese on top of the beef and put into an oven set at 350ºF until the cheese is melted and sandwich is toasted to desired amount of toasting. Use the broth from the crock pot for the Ajus sauce. Enjoy!!!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This beef French dip sandwich competes with the best I have ever had. It is delicious and a great meal to make with chips, fries, or potato salad. I make it when I want a really easy recipe to make. there is very little labor to this meal.
