1 ¾ cup flour
¾ cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ cup candied fruit
¼ cup raisins
½ cup chopped pecans, or almonds
1 cup milk
2 eggs
3 tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon, stir in fruits and nuts

Combine eggs, milk and cooled melted butter, blend with rotary beater

Add milk mixture all at once to dry ingredients, still until just moistened

Bake in greased loaf pan Bake 375F 50 – 60 minutes, remove from pan, cool on a rack
