1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup of natural wheat bran
½ cup of oat bran
½ cup of granulated sugar
1 tsp. of baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup of low-fat yogurt
¼ cup of molasses
¼ cup of vegetable oil
1 egg
½ cup of raisins

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, stir together flour, both brans, sugar baking soda and baking powder.
In a second bowl, combine yogurt, molasses, oil and egg.
Add that mixture to the dry ingredients just until moistened, and then stir in raisins.
Stir into 12 large paper-lined or non-stick muffin cups, filling ¼ full.
Bake in 375 degree oven for 18-20 minutes or until muffins are lightly browned and firm to the touch.
