2½ c Bisquick baking mix
4 T butter, cold
1½ c Cheddar cheese, grated
¾ c whole milk, cold
¼ t garlic powder
*** topping ***
2 T butter, melted
½ t garlic powder
¼ t dried parsley flakes
pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Combine Bisquick with cold butter in bowl using a pastry cutter or large fork.
Don't over mix.
Add cheese, milk and ¼ t garlic powder.
Mix by hand until combined.
Drop ¼ cup portions of the dough onto an ungreased cooking sheet.
Bake 15 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits turn light brown.
Melt 2 T butter stir in ½ garlic powder, parsley flakes and salt.
Brush on biscuits when they come out of the oven.
