Pre-sliced provolone cheese
Everything Bagel spice

Garlic powder - to taste
Sea salt (or Himalayan works well) - to taste
Ground pepper (fresh or otherwise) - to taste

Preheat oven to 350° F. Place slices of cheese (our favorite for crisping is DI LUSSO® Pepper Jack) on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle seasoning over slices, to taste. Bake until golden brown and crispy, about 5-8 minutes. Allow crisps to cool before removing from sheet.

Or

Heat oven up to 250 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice provolone cheese into 4 sections.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on oven behavior. Check on them regularly to see!
