fresh lemon or lime juice (should be soft/ripe)

black pepper
olive oil
Red and white onions diced
cherry tomatoes cut
peeled cucumber cubed
cilantro
jalapeno or serrano peppers diced
avocado sliced
Clamato juice
Worcestershire
Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Cut white fish into small cubes cover with fresh lemon or lime juice add salt pepper onions olive oil allowed to cure at least 10 minutes add tomatoes cucumbers cilantro jalapenos or serrano peppers Clamato juice Worcestershire and Tabasco to taste mix thoroughly, refrigerate and allowed to cure at least another 40 minutes or until ready to serve. The longer it cures the more done the fishes. Add avocado just before serving if desired
