Ingredients:  
1/2 C Chopped black olives
2 Tbsp. Capers
2 Cans of tuna drained
Grape tomatoes chopped
1-2 hard boiled and chopped
1/4-1/2 red onion chopped fine
Lemon zest of 1 lemon
1/2 lemon juice
1 minced garlic clove
1/3- 1/2 C mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Sharp (Dubliner) Grated cheese

Bread toasted on one side only

Directions:
Directions:
Combine onions, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, black olives, capers, tuna, egg, tomatoes and parsley in a bowl.
Add mayonnaise and mix.

Toast bread one side only under oven broiler.

Spread each toasted side with Dijon mustard.
Add tuna mixture, top with grated cheeses and broil till melted.
Enjoy!

To make a smaller portion use one can of tuna and smaller portions on the ingredients.
