5 cups oyster crackers
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup light brown sugar
3 tsp cinnamon, divided
2 Tbsp sugar
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil. Spread crackers on baking sheet and set aside. In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, combine butter with brown sugar and bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and stir 2 tsp cinnamon and vanilla in, pour over crackers and using a rubber spatula stir until evenly coated. Bake until bubbly about 10 minutes. While crackers bake, stir the granulated sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, and salt, set aside. Remove crackers from oven and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture then set aside to cool. Once cool, break into pieces. Serve and enjoy.
