Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup of warm full fat milk
1 package of yeast
1/4 cup of white granulated sugar
5 1/4 cups of bread flour
1 cup of plain yogurt at room temperature
1/4 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
1 3/4 tsp. salt
2 large eggs plus 1 egg yolk with tsp. of milk for the egg wash

Directions:
Directions:
Add the yeast mixture, yogurt, sugar, salt, 2 eggs, butter, and flour to the bowl of the stand mixer with the hook attachment. Mix until the dough is smooth, 15 to 20 minutes.
After mixing, if the dough is very sticky, add more flour about 1 to 2 Tbsps.

Oil the dough, cover and rest for 2 to 3 hours or until doubled in size.

Divide the dough into 12 or 16 (balls) buns. Place them in a tin and loosely cover until rolls are doubled in size, about 2 hours, less if it’s warm in the kitchen. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!

I found this recipe on Instagram and the chef was a lady named Fiona and it is a wonderful recipe. These are the ultimate dinner rolls - easy to make and very tasty. When baking, bake them in the upper quadrant of your oven for the best results.
