9" Deep Dish Pie Crust, frozen, thawed
3 oz. Bacon or Bacon Bits
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
¾ c. Half & Half Cream
⅛ tsp. Salt
⅛ tsp. Pepper
1 c. Spinach, chopped
1 c. Mushrooms, chopped
¼ c. Yellow Onion, chopped
3 oz. Swiss Cheese, shredded
2 oz. Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400º F.
2. Place unthawed pie crust in a pie pan on a baking sheet.
3. In a large bowl, whip together eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
4. Stir in bacon, spinach, mushrooms, onions, ¾ of the Swiss cheese, and ¾ of the parmesan cheese.
5. Pour into pie crust and top with remaining cheese.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
7. Reduce heat to 350º F. and bake until the top of the quiche begins to turn golden brown, an additional 35 minutes.
