Apple Pancake


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 Almond flour, 2 cups
1 Eggs, 1dozem
1 Milk, 3 cups
1 Sugar, 1/4 cups
1 Vanilla, 2 tspsps
1 Brown sugar, 1/4 cup
1 Salt, 1 tspsps
1 Cinimon 1/2 tspsps)
1 Butter, 1/2 lbs
1 Apples, 4, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a 13X9 baking dish
Slice apples into butter
Return to oven until sissles
Pour remaining ingredients into blender (**omitt brown sugar) and blend on high for 3 minutes
Pour the mixture over apples
Sprinkle with brown sugar (I use more)
Bake 425 * for 20-25 minutes
Serve from baking dish
