3 cups sifted flour
1 cup crisco (heaping)
1 egg beaten
5 tbsp water
1 tsp vinegar
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the egg, crisco, water and vinegar. Make a well with the flour and salt. Add the mixture into the well and gradually mix together. Roll out onto a floured board that will fit your pie tin.
