1 C. unsweetened cocoa
2 C. water
3 1/2 C. sugar
pinch of salt
1 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bring cocoa and water to boil. Add sugar a pinch of salt and vanilla to a boil. Let boil for 3 minutes. Cool slightly and serve over vanilla ice cream.

This was a recipe that Jeff's dad made for our kids as a special treat! It's so warm and yummy! Jack was a cook in the Army Reserves and he did most of the cooking in their house as Jeff grew up.
