1-pint heavy cream
2-pound box elbow macaroni
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded.
salt and pepper to taste.
small amount of tomato sauce for bottom of casserole dish

Directions:
Directions:
1) Par-boil pasta.
2) Cover bottom of casserole dish with sauce.
3) Add a layer of pasta, then cheese, then butter.
4) Repeat, finishing with butter on top.
5) Mix together heavy cream and eggs, beat lightly and pour over pasta.
6) Add breadcrumbs with butter dots and put on top.
BAKE at 350 degrees for approximately 50-minutes or until cheese melts.

I lost my daughter Darlene in a tragic car accident along with my granddaughter Alicia, they both enjoyed my "Rich Baked Macaroni", but it was definitely Darlene's favorite.

This recipe becomes a meaningful way to remember them both, they will be forever in our hearts.
