Frozen beef roast. 3 hours plus natural release. Frozen Pork Loin 2˝ hours. Natural release. Frozen sausage. 10 minutes. Frozen hamburger 25 minutes and sauté in pot until finished. Hard boiled eggs. Cook 7 minutes, natural release 7 minutes and 7 minutes in ice water.
Frozen chicken breasts. 15-20 minutes.

For the beef and pork roasts I often dump a can of Pepsi or coke over it and throw in onions and whatever spices strike my fancy.
