2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour,
1½ c whole milk
⅓ fresh grated Asiago cheese
¼ c 18% cream
3 tbsp pre prepared cashew pesto
Salt & pepper to taste

Use the same basic Bechamel sauce method.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan, add flour, stir to form a roux. add pepper, reduce heat to simmer, slowly add milk, continuing to Wisk gently, for 12 min. when thickened lightly and cooking process is complete add Pesto and asiago cheese, stir in and allow to melt Last add table cream and remove from heat.
