3 pound pork tenderloin

Marinade:

1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp. Hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp. dry sherry
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tsp. brown sugar

Optional; Mango Chutney

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all marinade ingredients.

Marinate pork loin overnight.

Grill 40 minutes.

Oven: Sear meat on all sides then roast in 400º oven 12 - 15 minutes to internal temperature of 150º.

Serve with mango chutney if desired.
