1 cup self rising corneal
1 tbsp self rising flour
1 large egg
3/4 cup milk ( I used 1/2 buttermilk and 1/4 cup while milk)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Drop by rounded tablespoon into a frying pan with oil over medium heat. Mash them down some. Cook until brown on both sides. Mine made 11 3-inch cakes.
