1 (8 oz) jr or can of hearts of palm, drained, rinsed and diced
1 large cucumber, seeded and diced
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 limes
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh black pepper
1 avocado, diced
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine everything but the avocado and toss well. Refrigerate up to several hours or service immediately. Add avocado if using and toss lightly before serving.
