Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt.
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts.
2 cups A-to-Z ingredients (Choose from list below)

A-to-Z Ingredients:
Apples, peeled and shredded
Pears, peeled and chopped
Applesauce
Pineapple [canned], crushed/drained.
Apricots [dried]
chopped Prunes, pitted and chopped.
Bananas, mashed
Pumpkin, canned
Carrots, shredded
Raisins
Coconut
Raspberries, unsweetened, fresh or frozen
Dates, pitted and chopped
Rhubarb, chopped, fresh or frozen.
Figs [dried] chopped
Strawberries, fresh or frozen
Oranges, peeled and chopped
Sweet Potatoes, cooked and mashed
Peaches, peeled and chopped

[from GG- it says 2 cups—I use apples mainly and put about 2 ½-3 cups chopped, not grated and it turns out fine.] Your recipe—you decide. I have never used oranges, figs, peaches or zucchini]

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, oil and eggs; mix well. Stir in A-to-Z ingredient of your choice and the vanilla. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt; stir into liquid ingredients just until moistened. Stir in nuts.

Pour into two greased 8-in x 4-in x 2-in loaf pans. You can use a bundt pan but be sure to grease generously as it may stick.

Bake at 325 for 55-65 minutes* or until a wooden pick [I use shish kabob stick] inserted near the center comes out clean.

Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.

*I turn the pans around halfway through—about 30 minutes.
