1 ½ cup flour
1 cup sugar
3 T. Cocoa
1 t. Baking soda
½ t. Salt
6 T. Oil
1 T. Vinegar
1 t. Vanilla
1 cup water
Icing
2 cups sugar
3 T. Cocoa
½ cup milk
¼ cup corn syrup
1 stick butter
1 t. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a greased pan or baking dish. Make 3 holes in mixture. In one hole hole put oil, vinegar in one and final vanilla in third hole. Pour water over all and mix with with a fork. Bake at 350º F for 25 to 30 min.
Fudge icing: Blend ingredients in saucepan, heat to rolling boil, then cook 1 minute longer. Remove from heat and beat until spreading consistency. Spread over top of entire cake ,leave in pan
