1 Tbls olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 large carrot, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 potato diced
1 heaping tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp pepper flakes
2 cups diced ham
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 cup green lentils
4 cups chicken stock
2 bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Add oil to Instapot and get cot. Add onion, carrot, celery, potatoes and cook 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and pepper flakes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Place lid on Instapot and set to High Pressure for 15 minutes. Can do quick release and keep warm.
