4 salmon fillets, salted and seasoned to taste
6 Tbsp. unsalted butter, room temperature
⅓ cup honey seasoned with Cajun seasoning
2Tbsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. paprika (smoked if available)
1tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. black cracked pepper or ½ tsp. finely ground
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. crushed red pepper

Mix Cajun seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Beat butter for 2 minutes until light and fluffy. Blend honey and cream in a blender until smooth. 1 Tbsp. combined Cajun seasoning can be kept up to 3 months in an airtight container. Using a paper towel pat the salmon fillets dry on all sides. Season with salt and pepper to taste after rubbing it with oil. Cook salmon for 6-8 minutes in each side on preheated grill, or until opaque and crusty. Spread generous amount of Cajun honey butter over each slice after turning off the grill. Allow butter to melt then spread over salmon. Turn over and do the same on the other side.
