• ¼ c. Agave Nectar
• ¼ c. Mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice or White Distilled Vinegar
• ¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper

• Store in an airtight container, in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

My mother's allergic to honey, so whenever I find a recipe that uses any, I always substitute it with Agave Nectar. It has a very similar flavor, so if you would want a regular Honey Dijon Mustard, you could absolutely substitute the Agave Nectar from this recipe with Honey and you would be fine.

This is a perfect dipping sauce for chicken tenders, or as a potential salad dressing.
