36-42 mini P.B cups unwrapped
1/4 C PB
1/3 C brown sugar
1 pkg. Pie Crust mix
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 C (3ox) Chow Mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Slightly crush the noodles. Mix together the PB and brown sugar until smooth. Add egg, vanilla, and noodles, blend. Add the pie crust mix and mix until just incorporated. Make 1 inch balls of the dough and place about 2 inches apart on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Take your thumb and press the center down to make a well. Bake at 375º for 6-8 minutes or until the gloss goes away, put the PB cup in the center well and bake 2-3 minutes longer. Remove and cool.
