4 cups large flaked oat meal
2 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp each cinnamon and ginger (or any spices you like)
½ cup each of sliced almonds and walnuts (or nuts of your choice)
¼ cup each of pumpkin and sunflower seeds
¼ cup each of raisins and dried cranberries
3/8 cup olive oil
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup liquid honey

Note all nuts should be unsalted and preferably raw

Pre heat the oven to 300º F. Line a sheet pan (that has sides) with parchment paper. Mix the dry ingredients (except for the raisins and cranberries) together in a large bowl. Combine the oil, maple syrup and honey. Pour over dry mixture and mix well. Spread out evenly on the prepared backing sheet. Bake for 18 minutes. Remove from the oven. Add raisins and cranberries and stir granola around. Remember to spread out evenly in the pan. Place back in the oven for 18 minutes more. Remove the pan from the oven and let cool completely before removing from the pan. Store in an air tight container.
