1 C6 flank steak (I use tenderloin)
1 tolsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 sm zucchini, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 cup cherry tomato halfs
¼ cup Italian dressing
1 90z pkg linguine, cooked
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Directions:

Cut meat in 2" pieces
Heat oil in large skillet, med-high heat, 2 min Stir-fry meat to desired degree of doneness
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Remove from skillet with slotted spoon
Add zucchini L garlic
Stir-fry 2 or 3 min until tender
Add meat, tomatoes & dressing, stir frying 1 min Serve over pasta & sprinkle with cheese
